Before you book
When should I book for a May or June graduation?
As early as possible — ideally 6–12 months in advance. Graduation season (May–July) is our most competitive booking window. For a May or June date, we recommend reaching out no later than February.
What is the minimum group size and stay?
There is no minimum guest count — you book the whole estate regardless. Minimum stay is 3 nights. Individual estates sleep 30–40 guests; all three together sleep 102+.
Do we need a 4×4 vehicle?
Yes — AWD or 4WD is required. The estates sit 2.2 miles past pavement in Corolla's exclusive off-road beach zone. Most modern SUVs handle this easily.
Can we bring our own catering?
Absolutely. Our estates are fully open to outside caterers, private chefs, and your own food and drinks. No exclusivity fees.
