Correct. You pay for the estate rental — that's it. There's no separate event or venue fee added on top. This is private estate accommodation, not a commercial venue, which is why it works differently (and more affordably) than a traditional event space.
Yes — entirely. There are no in-house vendor requirements and no surcharges for bringing external suppliers. We can also connect you with trusted OBX vendors if you'd like recommendations.
Corolla's 4×4 beach requires four-wheel-drive vehicles to access. We connect you with licensed shuttle operators who transport guests to and from the estate in 4×4 vehicles. This is part of what makes Corolla so special — and so private. We handle the logistics.
The Fitzgerald is on a private, secluded section of 4×4 beach with significant distance from neighbours. We ask guests to be respectful but there is no hard 10PM music cut-off that many traditional venues enforce. Discuss your event's needs with our team at inquiry.
Summer weekends, holiday weekends, and peak fall dates book 6–12 months in advance. Off-peak weeknights can sometimes be booked with shorter lead times. We recommend inquiring as early as possible to secure your preferred date.
Yes — all three estates together form the Three Authors compound, which can host up to 100 guests on-site across 46 bedrooms. This is ideal for very large weddings, retreats or multi-family reunions. Contact us to discuss compound bookings.
