How to request a visit
Email a story brief or letter of assignment from your editor or producer at least two weeks ahead. Include the outlet, story angle, intended run date, and audience or circulation. Freelancers, please include links to recent published work.
Hosted & media-rate stays
Subject to availability, we offer complimentary or media-rate stays to media directly assigned to a piece. Hosted stays are limited and are not available over peak holiday periods — the earlier you reach out, the better we can help.
Photo & video production
Commercial and promotional shoots — from a solo creator to a full production — require a certificate of insurance, a signed hold-harmless agreement, and model or location releases. Our team helps coordinate access and timing.
On the ground
We can arrange property tours, leadership and operator interviews, and destination context — from the wild-horse beaches of Corolla to Strip-view balconies in Las Vegas and slope-side mornings in Snowshoe.
