What is The Three Authors?
The Three Authors is what you get when The Fitzgerald, The Hemingway, and The Mark Twain are booked together. Three estates on adjacent oceanfront land on Corolla's 4×4 beach function as a single private compound — 46 bedrooms, 102 on-site sleeps, every amenity from all three properties available to your group.
Can the three estates be booked individually?
Yes. Book any single estate (Fitzgerald, Hemingway, or Mark Twain), any two estates together, or all three as the full compound. Contact us to discuss what's right for your event size and needs.
What is the maximum capacity?
With all three estates, up to 102 guests sleep on-site across 46 bedrooms. Event capacity for daytime and evening events (with day guests beyond the overnight count) is 300+ depending on event format.
Are there venue fees?
No venue fee at any level — single estate, two estates, or full compound. You pay the estate rental rates. All amenities in every estate are included. Bring any caterer, photographer, DJ, florist, or planner you choose.
How do guests reach the property?
The Three Authors sits on the 4×4 beach in Carova — reachable only by driving onto the beach. A 4WD vehicle is required, with tire pressure dropped before driving on. We send detailed arrival instructions and the gate code one week before check-in.
What are check-in and check-out times?
Check-in: 4:00 PM via smart lock. Check-out: 10:00 AM. Three-night minimum stay. Codes and arrival guide arrive 48 hours before check-in. A property concierge is available throughout your stay by text or call.
How far in advance should we book?
The full Three Authors compound typically books 12–18 months in advance for peak season dates. Individual estates book 6–12 months ahead. Inquire as early as possible — the compound is the most requested event package we offer.
What is the cancellation policy?
Free cancellation within 48 hours of booking. Full refund up to 60 days before arrival. Event bookings and peak-season stays have separate terms outlined in the contract. Travel insurance is recommended.
