Yes — AWD or 4WD is required. The estates sit 2.2 miles past the end of pavement on Corolla's exclusive off-road beach. Deflate tires to 20 PSI before entering. Most modern SUVs with AWD handle this easily. For large corporate groups arriving by coach, we coordinate local shuttle services from the pavement end.
Yes — our estates are fully open to outside vendors. We have a curated trusted network of local caterers, private chefs, AV companies, and event coordinators who are familiar with the properties. We're happy to connect you, or you can bring your own vendors. No exclusivity fees.
For groups of 30–40 guests, a 3-night weekday retreat typically works out to $350–$550 per person — often less than a comparable hotel experience once you factor in room costs, meeting room fees, mandatory hotel catering, and resort charges. And our experience is incomparably better.
