My career started where most people wouldn't expect a hospitality entrepreneur to begin — building large-scale power plants with Mitsubishi, Japan. That early chapter forged a passion for large-scale development and the discipline to build things that last.
Two decades of leading enterprise technology and finance transformations for Fortune 500 companies followed. Along the way I developed a clear conviction: the vacation rental industry was fundamentally underserving the guests it was supposed to delight.
The first Snowshoe property in 2016 was the proof of concept. Guests rebooked before checkout and brought their families back. In 2021, I partnered with co-investors to acquire The Three Authors — 46 bedrooms on Corolla's most private stretch of 4×4 beach. The OBX's largest private event campus.
