What is included in the estate rental?
Exclusive use of the entire estate — every bedroom, common area, deck, outdoor space, and private beach access. A dedicated event coordinator handles estate logistics and vendor coordination.
How many guests can we host?
Each individual estate accommodates 150–200 guests for ceremony and reception. Combined as The Three Authors, host over 300 guests with 100+ sleeping across the compound.
Can we book for a full wedding week?
Yes. Many couples book 5–7 nights for the full arc — welcome drinks Thursday, rehearsal Friday, ceremony Saturday, brunch Sunday.
What is the booking and payment process?
A 25–50% deposit holds your date. Balance is due 60 days before arrival. A refundable security deposit is collected separately and returned after inspection.
Do you allow outside vendors?
Yes. Bring any licensed and insured vendors. We also maintain a vetted vendor network for couples who prefer trusted recommendations.
