What types of event companies do you partner with?+

Is there a fee to join the partner program?+

No. The partnership is built on aligned client outcomes, not membership fees. Partners who bring qualified bookings receive preferred-partner recognition, priority calendar access, and referral acknowledgment.

How does the complimentary site visit work?+

Once we've had an initial partnership conversation and confirmed alignment, we schedule a familiarisation visit for you and one colleague. You'll walk all three estates, meet our coordinator, and leave with a clear sense of which estate fits which type of client.

Can the three estates be combined for a single event?+

Yes. Combined as The Three Authors compound, the estates host up to 102 guests on-site across 46 bedrooms — the largest luxury compound in the Outer Banks. Ideal for weddings, milestone celebrations, and large corporate gatherings.

What's your minimum booking length for events?+

Three nights is our standard minimum — built around how event groups actually travel: arrival day, full event day, departure day. Most partner-sourced events run Thursday–Sunday or Friday–Monday.

Do you have a preferred vendor network?+

Yes. Across catering, photography, florals, AV, entertainment, transportation, and wellness. We share the network with active partners and welcome you to bring trusted vendors of your own.

What happens after the partnership call?+

If we're aligned, you'll receive partner onboarding materials within 48 hours: estate fact sheets, capacity grids, sample programming templates, and direct contact details for our partner team. We'll then schedule your familiarisation visit at a date that works for both calendars.

Can I bring a current client inquiry to the partnership call?+

Absolutely. If you have an active inquiry that fits, we can co-plan during the call and have a proposal in your hands within 24 hours. We move fast for active opportunities.
