Headquartered in Northern Virginia, our team serves guests across six destinations year-round. The Outer Banks estates are in Corolla, NC, 2.5 miles past the end of pavement on the exclusive 4×4 beach.

Before You Reach Out
Within 2 hours during our operating hours (Mon–Fri 8am–10pm ET, Sat 9am–9pm ET, Sun 10am–8pm ET). If you send an inquiry outside those hours, you'll have a response first thing in the morning. For urgent matters — especially if you're checking in soon — call us directly at 304-902-6504.
The more you share, the better we can help. Most useful: your preferred dates, group size, occasion type, and which destination or estate you're interested in. If you're flexible on dates or unsure which property fits, just tell us that — we'll advise based on what's available and what works best for your group.
Yes. Peak season (June–August) at our OBX estates requires a 7-night minimum. Shoulder and low season require a 3-night minimum. Las Vegas, Snowshoe, Smokies, and Houston properties have varying minimums depending on the property and season. Contact us with your specific dates and we'll give you the exact requirements.
Tell us your group size, occasion, and dates — we'll recommend the right fit. As a quick guide: The Mark Twain (18BR, 40 guests) anchors large events with its event floor and baby grand. The Hemingway (14BR, 32 guests) suits groups who want cocktail bar and home theater vibes. The Fitzgerald (14BR, 30 guests) is the most refined — ideal for weddings and intimate corporate gatherings. All three together (The Three Authors) sleeps 102+ on a private 46BR campus.
Yes — property tours can be arranged for serious inquiries, particularly for weddings and large events. Contact us to schedule. We also have comprehensive video walkthroughs and can arrange a virtual tour via video call if you're planning from out of town.
Absolutely. We work regularly with professional event planners and coordinators. If you have an existing planner or coordinator, we're delighted to work with them directly. We also have our own curated vendor network — photographers, caterers, florists, private chefs, and AV companies — available through our concierge team.
