The Fitzgerald is a luxury 14-bedroom, 11-bathroom oceanfront estate located on 3 private acres in the 4x4 beaches of Corolla, NC. It sleeps up to 30 guests and is ideal for weddings, reunions, corporate retreats, and large celebrations.

How do I access the property? +

The Fitzgerald is located in a remote 4x4 area of Corolla, accessible only by AWD or 4WD vehicles with at least 7.5" ground clearance. There are no paved roads. A free air-down station is available at 1113 Village Lane. If you don't have 4WD, shuttle service and satellite parking are available nearby.

Is the estate pet-friendly? +

Yes! The Fitzgerald welcomes dogs, so you can bring your furry friends along for the adventure.

Is there an additional fee for more than 16 guests? +

Yes. For groups over 16 guests, an additional charge of $35 per person, per night (plus tax) applies. This helps cover utilities, extra linens, enhanced cleaning, and wear and tear from larger groups.
