Exclusive private-use estate

When reserved, the entire estate is exclusively yours. No shared bookings, no outside guests, no interruptions — just space, scale, and atmosphere within 16th-century stone walls and surrounding olive groves.

Consecrated chapel gathering hall

A consecrated chapel repurposed as a dedicated gathering chamber with natural acoustics, plus a climate-controlled dining hall, interior breakout spaces, and a central courtyard — built for retreats, residencies, and meaningful group time.

Umbria's green heart

Just outside Terni, with Cascata delle Marmore 15 minutes away and day trips to Orvieto, Spoleto, Assisi, Perugia, and Civita di Bagnoregio. Rome is roughly 90 minutes by car.

This is not a typical villa rental. Convento Delle Sorelle is a fully private historic estate enclosed by 16th-century stone walls and surrounded by olive groves in the Umbrian countryside. Originally home to Capuchin monks devoted to prayer and manual work, it retains its architectural integrity and contemplative atmosphere.

Your booking includes five private guest rooms (standard configuration up to nine beds) in a two-story wing connected by a central corridor, with shared bathrooms at each end. The chapel, dining hall, fully equipped kitchen, courtyard, cloister garden, and olive-grove walking paths are all yours. Additional rooms may be arranged for groups up to 19.
