The Space
Our condo offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience, with a spacious bedroom, updated bathroom, and a cozy living area. The kitchen is fully stocked, and the living room includes a sleeper sofa for extra guests. Plus, with our housekeeping package, you’ll have everything you need for a hassle-free stay, including fresh linens, towels, soap, and basic kitchen essentials.
Guest Access
You’ll have full access to the entire condo, except for any locked closets. One parking space is available right in front of Mountain Lodge.

There is currently construction taking place in the Mountain Lodge building, which may result in some noise or limited access to certain common areas during daytime hours. This work is part of necessary improvements and is expected to continue for the foreseeable future.
Your unit remains fully functional and ready for your stay, and we’ve priced accordingly to reflect this temporary situation. We appreciate your understanding as the lodge enhances its facilities.
Things to Know
- PETS: Pets are not allowed, but we do welcome certified service animals with prior notice.
- Check-in/Out: Standard check-in is at 5:00 PM; early check-in may be available for an additional fee.
- Non-Refundable: Please be aware that bookings are non-refundable, but we recommend purchasing travel insurance for peace of mind.
- Parking: One parking space is available for your condo, located directly in front of Mountain Lodge.

Mountain Lodge offers private parking, ski-in/ski-out access, and is steps from the Ballhooter lift. Enjoy a spacious lobby, kids’ play area, game room, small gym, coin-operated laundry, and high-speed Wi-Fi. The building has undergone full exterior renovations and features brand-new balconies. Access to Split Rock Pool is available for a fee. HDTV service is included.
