A Few Things to Keep in Mind

Make sure you're aware of these details before confirming your stay.

How much is the booking deposit? +
A 40% discount has already been applied to March bookings. No promo code or additional steps are needed to receive the discount.
Is early check-in available? +
Early check-in is not guaranteed before 5:00 PM. If the condo is ready early, we may be able to accommodate your request for an early check-in for an additional fee.
Can I check out late? +
Late check-out is not possible. However, if you’d like to extend your stay, we’d be happy to book you for another night, subject to availability.
Is the condo pet-friendly? +
Unfortunately, Allegheny Springs does not allow pets. Only certified service animals are permitted and must be registered at the front desk upon check-in.
Where can I park? +
Your reservation includes parking in the general lot about 300 feet from Allegheny Springs. You may also park for free at the Top of the World and take the shuttle to the Village.
Is the condo bike-friendly? +
Yes, the condo is bike-friendly. However, bikes are only allowed inside the building if stored in the designated bike areas. Improper storage or damage will result in a $300 fine.
Is smoking allowed? +
No. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the condo and building. Violations will result in a $300 fine.
How many guests can the condo accommodate? +
The condo comfortably sleeps up to 4 guests, with a king bed in the bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living area.
What’s included in the housekeeping package? +
The housekeeping package includes linens, towels, kitchen towel, trash bags, toilet paper, and bar soap. Please bring your own shampoo, toiletries, and cooking supplies like oil, salt, and pepper.
What’s your cancellation policy? +
All bookings are non-refundable unless otherwise specified on the channel you book through. We recommend purchasing travel insurance for added peace of mind.
